Appliances include integrated Dishwasher, American Fridge Freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and 4 slice toaster together with all useful cooking utensils. There is matching crockery, wine glasses, tumblers etc to cater for 6 persons. The black granite surfaces are ideal for preparing and serving food.

The oak dining table positioned centrally in the room seats up to 6 comfortably. The flagstone floors and soft lighting and furnishings create a lovely relaxed environment.

Living Area:

To the left of the main front entrance is the sitting room with original features such as inglenook fireplace, woodburner, characteristic beams and doorways. There are 3 luxury sofas and quality soft furnishings. Flatscreen TV.

Utility:

For laundry, a washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the Utility room which is also accessed via the back entrance. Perfect for extra storage with oak work surface and undercounter cabinets.

The garden is a secure, peaceful area with an extensive well kept lawn, firepit and BBQ.

For alfresco dining, the large terraced area with ample seating proves extremely popular to guests throughout the day and evening. The terrace can be a suntrap particularly in the afternoon and evening. Herbs are planted and guests are encouraged to take trimmings of mint, sage and thyme when in season
