Tincleton Lodge and Rose Cottage

This new concept for a sleep 16 has been introduced for 2020. The cottages are attached by a concealed hallway that links the properties but also extremely independent of each other allowing for large groups to make better use of both cottages if you wish so.

The property works extremely well for reunions and large family gatherings. The rooms are spacious and guests can feel free to use whichever rooms suit best. The sleep 16 booking will mean that guests will have sole use of the properties and grounds.

The maximum dining area in one area is 10 persons, however there are two kitchens both with dining areas for 10 and 6-8, crockery and glassware etc to cater for 16 comfortably. There are 3 lounge areas for guests to relax.

The outside garden in Rose cottage has seating and table space designed for 16 people to entertain together. The purpose built brick BBQ is accessed from the terrace and is great for alfresco dining.
